Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield/North

Location of this Hotel was great. The free breakfast was good as well. The room was well designed our room had a kitchen and for the four of us plenty of room. The lower rating was do to our room not being properly cleaned. Dishes in cabinets had to be washed had food on them very gross. Couch cushions had stains and the ac vent was covered in dust. Overall great Location and outside sitting was a nice place to wind down

I stay here frequently and am looking forward to the renovation, a freshen up is just what this place needs to be truly outstanding. Don't sleep on the breakfast here, it's excellent! Plenty of interesting toppings, both for the scrambled eggs and potatoes like taco-style chicken, salsa, cheese, crema, and Cholula hot sauce, it's great. As a bonus, when they have chia overnight oats, the other toppings like brown sugar, blueberries and craisins make for a super tasty and filling breakfast! It's one of the reasons (besides the location for me) that keeps me coming back here.

The newly renovated rooms are excellent. The breakfast prepared by Mayra and Alma is by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had hands down. Hotel staff was always pleasant and smiling. Thank you for an excellent hotel stay experience.

Homewood Suites in Springfield Is a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is the best. We have stayed here a few times and always have been wonderful. Great location as well

When I think of Hilton Homewood Suites in Holyoke, MA a few words come to mind . . .Awesome, Pleasant, Helpful, Accommodating, Comfortable. My Son, our Dog, and Myself checked into the Homewood Suites in Holyoke, MA after being displaced from a House fire. It was the best choice we could've made. It was Comfortable, Clean, Pet Friendly and with lots of great amenities. A "Home Away From Home". It was actually an Awesome four month stay, thanks to the INCREDIBLE Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams, who have such a pleasant comradery. Even most of the Hotel Guests that we encountered were pleasant, thus making me think that they also, were enjoying their stay. From the Front Desk to the INCREDIBLE Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams, Everyone was so Pleasant. We Thank ALL of You, for making our unfortunate incident so much more bearable. Though "There's No Place Like Home", we will miss our 'Homewood Hilton' friends. We would Highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton, in Holyoke, MA for a great experience. Myra Rivera was terrific and made us feel right at home in her lovely hotel with fabulous breakfast service. Try the hot muffins!

My Fiancé and I did a little vacation to do six flags and hall of fame with the kiddos. This place did not disappoint. Room was great but service was top notch. Whether it was Dee at the desk, Jason working the grounds or Jose from housecleaning, they were all friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!! Dee was super nice, we talked gardens, basketball and kids!!!!! Get that girl a raise!!

I checked in online so I didn't need to stop at front desk. I'm a Gold member. I should have had 2 water bottles in my room but none were there. Also noticed that there was no ice bucket in the room, nor a bar of soap to wash my hands. Other than that, room was clean. Breakfast was good, the lady working there is very friendly.
